eating clean (nothing from a box/bag/drive thru)
drinking (esp when i think i am hungry)
seeking out and asking for help/support

and the big one….actually doing it..

    I hear ya! I need to do the same! I get on a roll for like a few weeks and then I always let something become an excuse…*sigh* just have to get up, dust myself off and try again lol Sending good vibes your way! 🙂

        I’ve been pretty good all things considered lol thanks for asking! 🙂 Things have been a bit up and down lately but it’s gradually leveling out. Have been dealing with some hypo-mania which is great for getting things done but sometimes no so much lol

    You got this girl. I think you have a good plan. Start ticking off they days. Day one. Day two. Day three. It’s a lot easier to form healthy habits one day at a time. And if you slip up, you slip up. Accept it, own it and try again.

  6. Hey Girlie. You know…… Every time that I allow myself to get so hungry I know that I am on my way to a screw up. It seems that I grab the first thing I find and then eat it so fast that inevitably it gets stuck. What happens next…. Well of to the bathroom I go and throw up. It just ruins my day. If we can keep ourselves at a nice satiated place it would be much easier to avoid the binge eating and the fast consumption of garbage.
    Girl… Take your time. You are moving in the right direction just continue to put one foot in front of the other and you will get to GOAL.
