I keep seeing numerous dieting posts about holidays and healthy eating is a punishment.
A lifestyle change to better your body isn’t a punishment it’s a choice.
Holidays are one day.
Enjoy that one day.
Sweet-treats, foods, family, gifts whatever.
Stop beating yourself up and hating healthy choices when you still chose healthy.
The point is moderation and not deprivation. You are not on a diet.
