Remember to eat when you’re hungry. Just make sure it’s good tasting and not out of a box.
Ride a stick high protein, good fats and stay away from carbs as much as possible. And drink drink drink. I’m not talking about soda or alcohol on talking about water or some sort sugar free mixture that goes in water.
The hardest part to lose weight, is the doing. And to do it you have to have a positive attitude. You have to have a want to have attitude. You have to have a I got to do it attitude. Or you’re just wasting time.
