Come on come on, come get your Donuts? What am I talking about??
Well some guy come into the office to see the floor manager and he had with him a huge box of donuts. After he left the lady that I work with will call her D for short, came with the box and was going to start distribute them. She came over to me and said all right girl get you one. I said I don’t want one but that pink one sure looked pretty..

Anyhow so she’s like are you sure? I said yeah I’m sure. And she looked at me and she said are you trying to lose weight?
Now picture this woman. Probably a hundred pounds soaking wet looking at me and saying that. I then said I’m just trying to make my knee feel better that’s all and I smile. Sure enough she closed the box took it into the other room where another woman sits in there with her. Will call her C for short.
You know what it don’t matter how many donuts you have or you don’t have. It’s a day in and day out thing. You have to do it day in and day out.
Repeat after me you have to eat good day in and day out.
If you don’t do good at one meal or one snack then do better than next one meal!
It won’t make you gain 10 lb just like one meal or doing without one meal won’t make you lose 10 lb. You have to do it every single day and repeat for best results.
So come on come on, get your doughnuts… except yours truly here did not.
