Dinner

well here is my din din…..

i have a pan fried egg and also a dab of home made quac and my burger patty that was cooked on the grill….it is about 4 or 5 oz and on top a piece of cheese….half of this plate is now my breakfast 2day..

i ate until i was FULL….i listened to my body and put the fork down.
