Retraining what I eat and what I think.

If you read this, thank you!! It means a lot to me.

God I love to eat. I mean really..

The more the better. The more southern the better.

My grandmother who I called granny said to me as I got older, if in doubt, fry.

And lets not forget the snacks that are out there. Chips, crackers and on and on…….I rather have crunchy and salty then sweet stuff.

Now that I am back from vacation, I am slowly rethinking my thoughts to the more positive side. And retraining my stomach to not eat as much as I can stuff in there. My lap band thankfully helps with that but now my part of the WLS is ME choosing better things to eat.

Retraining what I eat and what I think

Maybe that phrase, you are what you eat is correct.

Then here lately I would be Lays Fried Green Tomato Potato Chips. They are so good.

BUT I prefer to fit into my clothes and ride on the back of a Harley with the ole man.

  1. Eye Candy says:

my mother fried a lot of food, also. Burgers in the electric fry pan, pork chops in the fry pan. Wonderful fried chicken. Can’t eat poultry anymore with the Lap Band. It’s ok, though.
Fried green tomatoes is a southern thing not a NE thing. Hate flavored chips and salted ones.

  2. I’m back from my trip, so when you get a chance, send your e-mail to me at rvisotski@gmail.com and I’ll answer the question you posed earlier this week.
