we wanted Chinese food at work today and so I wanted to find what are the best choices to choose from..they are as follows based from this site:

  1. ok, my husband loves Chinese food and I give in sometimes. I order shrimp and green beans in black bean sauce. No rice at all. My Chinese cardiologist told me never to have Chinese food because they use too much sodium.
    I hate veggies.
