Basics #4 Snacks

Eating a snack or two between meals can curb hunger so that you don’t inhale the dining room table when you finally sit down to supper. Snacking can also help you get in all the nutrients you need. On the flip side, grazing all day—particularly on foods of little nutritional value—may result in eating too much and packing on extra pounds. 

Snacking does me end. Am I the only one whose bag of BBQ is endless??

    Hate Hate BBq chips. My new found snack for crunch is Mr. Cheese O’s. They come in different flavors and have 10g of protein. i love the Parmesan the best. They come in BBQ!!!!!!!!!!!! I buy them at Target but not all Target’s sell them, like the one 2 miles from has never had them. They are also on Amazon by the case.
