The problem is, you feel sorry for yourself…

I am borrowing this wonderful Facebook post from David Douglas. He was speaking to me today. Is it reaching you? Let’s talk about it…

The problem is, you feel sorry for yourself–even when you have positive people in your life trying to give you all this positive energy– you allow your mind to trick you into converting it into have THOUGHT your way into a depression..adversity is the bomb with the negativity being the radiation.. whatever happened in your life.. until you make the mental choice to move on, until you drop the empty excuses, until you let the door open for the light to clear the room of darkness, you will just be a warrior sabotaging himself/herself by fighting to keep the heavy clouds in your skies.. but today is a new day.. this message isn’t to tear you down and expand your negative bubble, but to give you that wake up call that enough is enough.. life isn’t done with you.. but the question is.. are you going to read this, claim its powerful, but do the same thing.. its in your hands.

The thing that stuck out to me was that I had thought my way into depression and UNTIL I made the choice to change…nothing is going to be done….

I no longer feel sorry for myself. I am still ashamed and embarrassed and hope people do not laugh at me or think of me as a failure.

  1. Eye Candy says:

A true failure never tries. You tried, it worked and now you need help again. You did not fail. If you failed you would be where you started and you’re not!! I am here for you and not laughing at all unless it’s a funny joke that is dirty.

    Do tell!!

  3. As simple as this post is, it really struck me. I think you did let the door open for some light and that is why the post touched you. People who should matter to you are those that really care about you and are rooting for you. And these group of people will never laugh or think you are a failure 🙂

Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a like, it made my day.
