its a new day
work is very stressful due to my office/co worker not being here and back on the 18th and hence my slacking on posting or commenting on anyone, please forgive me.
i am making an effort to do better…i am NOT going to worry about tomorrow or yesterday but right now..i am doing better today.
breakfast was a yummy peanut protein bar with 22 grams protein and some oatmeal with raisins….this was delicious and could not finish entire small bowl.
lunch is green beans and fresh home made chicken salad and SF applesauce
dinner has yet to be determined….
today i put on a pair of pants that i could barely get on and guess what, they went on easier and well, i was like damn…how about that??
