hubby got up today and said we are focusing on PROTEIN
so off he went as he does and loaded up on healthy, whole foods..nothing in boxes/bags. he said i lost weight eating my band amount all the while listening for the band to say enough GF….and it does even when i was eating the wrong things..
so tonight he got fresh brown eggs and some fresh avocado’s
he boiled up some brown eggs.
he then took one and mixed it with a dab of mayo into a mushed up avacodo and let me tell you this egg/avocado salad was delish..
and let me say, a dollop on my 3-4 oz beef pattie was yummy
and happy to report…most of was left on the plate..my band said woe there..
we had enough for dinner
