Some words of support

Take a deep breath. It’s just a bad day, not a bad life.

You’re not the same person you were a year ago, a month ago, or a week ago. You’re constantly changing; experiences don’t stop. That’s life.

Stop looking for reasons to be unhappy. Focus on the things you do have, and the reasons you should be happy.

Just because it’s not happening right now, doesn’t mean it never will.

Overthinking is the biggest cause of our unhappiness. Keep your mind off things that don’t help you. Think positive.

Learn to  accept what you can’t change—-Learn from it, and move on.

I will do what I can.

At the end of the day, it is what it is.

Be happy with what you have, while still working for what you want.

Sometimes it’s the smallest decisions that can change your life forever.
