Why do people make commitments to themselves and let themselves down so much?
Strengthen your muscle to make commitments to yourself. Do the research and plan before you set out on a course of action.
Get support. Get knowledge. Get ready.
And then keep your commitments to the most important person in your life, who you couldn’t live without.
