Food so far today

black coffee (not food but def needs to be in group in the mornings lol)

1 boiled egg (i prefer brown eggs although there is no different nutrient wise)

oatmeal (yes, very filling)

1 beef pattie
1 slice cheese on top
1/4 cup sliced green beans

peach SF ice tea

  1. Excellent but I would be dropping the cheese and adding extra salad or mustard.
    The iced tea is very loaded with sugar depending on what one you have so take care with that also.
    Only my thoughts 🙂

  2. Hi Carolina Girl – I’ve been recently reading your posts with a knowing heart. I’ve decided to completely simplify my food for the near coming days – avoid sugar and white flour. period. I can’t overeat any more without vicious consequences so I don’t but it is my choice of foods that causes me trouble and weight gain.
    Also take dog for more long walks – at least daily.
    Just in case this might help you out…
    Hang in there – you want to be healthy and that is the most important step.
