First off, well done. I am concerned if you are having problems with your knees, though. I don’t know if this is even an option for you, but swimming might be a better aerobic activity, since it spares the joints considerably. If you belonged to a gym w/a swimming pool (I think the “Y” has such facilities), that might help.
Just a thought.
Great stuff!
Well done you.
Do it again as soon as your body is able.
It will soon become second nature.
Awesome job! I love walking and enjoying the early morning or evening. My knees pain me a little at first but then they get stronger as I keep doing the exercise. For instance, I haven’t jogged for awhile because it’s cold out so when I start up again, I will have to slowly and carefully add distance until my knees regain their strength. Oh well, gotta start somewhere!
gotta start somewhere..i think its due to my age, weight and an earlier injury in my early teens but def my excess weight is making itself known..OUCH
Get it girl-that’s the way. Things like that will get you going in the right direction and 2 miles is nothing to ridicule-that’s excellent!
Good for you!
thank you sweetie 🙂
