am hungry—what to do..

OK….first, are you really hungry?
drink something and see if that quenches your thirst…

are you bored?
are you upset?
is someone eating beside you or near you?
is it (lunch time/dinner time) via the clock?

BUT, if you are truly hungry, your body needs fuel..
it needs gas much like a car…then eat.

eat something that is good for you
those instant food-gasms only last a minute or two
and then boom you are hungry again

so think protein first
think good for you (dont make a face here)
think eat to live and NOT live to eat

    my first grab is water before I eat….man if I eat every time I think I am hungry I would be eating all day long…as I think I am always hungry…i use home made popsicles for my urge to eat…I freeze lite lemonade or diet cranberry juice it works great and I am able to satisfy the need to put something in my mouth….but water is what our body is really asking for when we think were hungry…good post…

    So true! I need to start doing more of everything you say here. Boredom definitely plays a role…I am going to read this every time I want to snack on crap lol thank you! 😀
