you know starving wont do anything but short term

  3. Beautiful New England day. Mostly yes to your questions. Walked the dog in the am and took a friend who is having some tough times to lunch and walked with her. Had a chicken wrap and diet coke. Logged my food. Could have drank more and ate less. Need to get through evening without snacking- seeing the friend was highlight. Tomorrow I need to eat less and exercise more. No regrets. I believe I can do it. I need to stop going out to eat!!! Hope you have a great day tomorrow. I am doing what works for me I hope.
