**okay, here is my answers**
my weekend was good..it was a hot one here in NC……when i laid out in the sun i def sweated and that is always a good thing..
my food intake was okay…i dont really have an appetite and i am not complaining but i did eat and what i did not finish, my hub did as he said he paid for it so he is going to eat it haha
i walked alittle bit…nothing worth bragging about but i feel good that the cals in vs cals out vs exercise was okay and so i did not intake more calories than i could burn off
drank like a fish…..plenty of water and plenty of wine haha
yes, it was a nice weekend
how did Monday here so fast i wonder?
