  1. I don’t know if you wrote this or I read it someplace else, but one option when eating out is to order from the child’s menu. Of course, your selections will be limited (probably to kiddie junk food), but you’ll receive less food overall.

    The flip side is to just eat half of whatever you’re served and take the rest home for an additional meal.
