this is all it takes to start walking…whether its in heels or flip flops or sneakers or boots….
you dont have to walk a mile or two or three
you just have to do what you can with where you are physical wise
if you can only walk in place for 5 minutes, then you are a hero
if you can only walk to the end of your drive way, you are a hero
if you can only walk a block and not run a marathon, you are a hero
IF you can only do….what you can..YOU are doing
there is no shame in this

take it from one who could NOT wipe her butt
or put her socks on or who couldnt stand for more
than 2 minutes without my legs buckling
i got home yesterday
boy was it ever a long day…today seems to be heading to be the same..
even though i didnt want too..i put on my sneakers and i put one foot in front of the other
(along with kabo the doberman and hub) and off we went..my left knee
hurt (the rain makes it a bitch sometimes) and i did it…i went the
other way (so i went down an incline) and back up a larger one to get home..
let me tell you my thighs are feeling it..
all i did was put one foot of the other
