when was the last time you were truly hungry? i mean stomach growling and you are thinking/needing food?? (not when you are bored and someone else is snacking near you aka head hunger) but i mean really really hungry??

i found out when i was on 2 1/2 weeks all liquids before my WLS and boy did i learn quickly…i found out i would NOT die from not eating and learned to find things to do other than eat
read
watch tv
have great sex
sit in sun
go for walk
and YES drink something
but if you are truly hungry……eat
nothing wrong with eating
nothing wrong with food
some food is better than others (its true)
fresh is better than a boxed item for example
fruit is better than BBQ chips (well….maybe LOL)
and water is way better than soda (stop drinking soda of any kind w/WLS)
BUT 3500 calories is a pound ate or drank
and IF you take in more calories than you burn off
(whether its apples or beer or a beef pattie or pizza)
you will gain weight and or not lose. IT is how we all got
fat/overweight/super morbid obese in the first place..TRUTH
time to you and time for me to accept the facts
