  1. why does everyone think that muscle weighs more. A pound of feathers or a pound of butter? Same thing, a pound is a pound.

  2. totally agree.

    2 more things – Consistency is the magic trick for progress. Dont default to 1200 calories, most people need to eat more than that in order to lose weight. You should never have a net calories for the day that is lower than your BMR.

  3. I completely agree, esp.with the last on the list. Truly, if you think you can’t, you can’t. Any weight loss is a hard fought battle and we have to keep focused and believe. Thanks so much for this list.
