i will never get that moment back again…nor will any of us

all we can do is wake up tomorrow and do the best we can..
what things do you wish to do that would make your life better?
albeit mentally or physically?? what is the ONE thing YOU can do aka control??
that answer is YOU
YOU can control what you do or dont do
YOU can control what you eat or dont choose (key word) choose to eat
YOU can control if you exercise or not (if its five minutes that is GREAT) as
that is better than doing nothing…the key is do merely do it
YOU can if you want

i def got lazy during these last months
did not eat the best/healthy choices for me
did not do my aerobics like i should have
(and even get pissed at hub if he reminded me)..its true
i got mad because HE was right…how awful is that? i never admitted
that to anyone except right this very moment to you…
i knew what i was doing or in this case, not doing..
i cannot get back those months
i didnt gain…but i did not lose..
i just stayed…i am not proud of that but it is my reality
so lets just get back to the basics
truly, it is
eat the banded allotted amount..let YOUR band or YOUR WLS of choice say when
eat as clean/as healthy as we can (we cant always do that) but we need to make
as good choices as we can in whatever situation we have or are at..
watch the caloric intake
dont deprive..you are not on a diet..
eat to lose weight
boils down to choices..
that is not to say you cant ever not eat (not so great foods)
YOU can…but keep in mind the caloric thing
if you dont do as great one day or one meal..do the better then next
one bad meal wont make you gain a zillion pounds nor will one salad make you
lose 20 pounds instantly..its a day in and a day out type thing….
so walk out 2014..dont look back in horror or disgust
it wont do anything but make you upset..accept what it is for what it is
accept what YOU are…accept where YOU are
YOU are able to make yourself well
we had WLS to help..so lets use it the best we can
we are winners right now
i may not be where i would like to be but i am much better than i was last year
at this time and the year before that and the year before that..
