Remember why you had WLS

(look at your before picture for a reminder)

Stay focused on making better choices

(its okay to eat a bit of this and that)

(you are not on a diet)

YOU can control what you eat

LET the WLS help you control the amount

Surround yourself with positive people

(enough with negative people already)

(enough with negative thoughts)

Do NOT let them control you

Do not give them that power

YOU are stronger mentally than you think

Don’t use this is a holiday to pig out


That is a diet thinking (saying oh I can EAT)

Its just another day

3500 calories is a pound ate or drank

whether it’s Halloween or Thanksgiving or July 4th

So if you over do it

IT IS because you chose to do it

Posting I overate and what did I do wrong won’t change that

If you over do it, so what

Get right back on track

Remember you are not on a diet

Remember this is for LIFE
