what to eat for breakfast

protein bars are a good choice for me during the week

and on weekends, we scramble eggs, mix in some ground sausage and have that for breakfast
(you can add cheese, peppers, onion/shredded cheese)….very yummy and filing

oatmeal is awesome and its my fave with cranberries/raisins
