breakfast and lunch

for breakfast

my usual dunkin doughnut xlarge black coffee

and one protein extreme bar (peanut butter flavor with 21 grams of protein

drink about 16 oz after and before lunch (water and peach ice tea/crystal light)

for lunch

home made chicken salad (measured out to 4 oz)

with mayo, diced onion and shredded chicken breast)

3 oz of applesauce

1 oz Land o Lakes cheese slice

at around 4 today, before i drive home, i will drink me a chocolate protein shake
