it’s all about protein

my surgeon and nutritionist stressed to me that PROTEIN is what i need to focus on.

it is the fuel that (feeds) our body and helps me (us) feel fuller longer in between meals.

my dr advises me to to 70+ grams of protein PER DAY…sometimes i go over and sometimes i am short in reaching that goal number.

(you dont have to eat meat to get your protein in btw)
