yesterday i did not want to work out…
i was grumpy…i am on my TOM and very stressful time at work…and i was just PISSY
so i didnt want to wok out……soi didnt
i didnt fester today because i didnt
i didnt go on y gosh i fell off the wagon…..i accepted it as my reality
it is what it is…
so today….same thing….work was stress filled
but today i came home and i worked out…
still pissy
but still did what i knew i had to do……exercise
Dang I was pissy too for the past 2 days!! I worked out today and I’m started to feel a little better. I didn’t do my normal workout yesterday I just did cardio cause I’ve been told to give the body time to rest and repair. We all have our days but tomorrow is always a new day to get right back at it. You go girl!!! 🙂
