here are some some things that help ME lose weight and live my life
i dont diet…..but am aware of my calorie in vs cals out but EAT what i like/enjoy
my band will control my quantity what i eat…i just eat better foods/choices
here is my protein mix for my daily shake/walmart 14.99
a protein shot if you need a quick burst (dont do watermelon as its nasty)
gave up carbonation for this..never without this (walmart brand is great also and a dollar cheaper)
got two..with black lid and pink lid.. 🙂
protein bar i like (good for work drawer, purse, hubs mc vest)
to lose weight, staying hydrated helps…here is a bottle i use and ty to drink 3 to 4 of these per day..i aim for 96oz per day
these i love..yeah it has sodium but when i want a hot dog, here is what i get
another protein bar that is good
an example of one of my lunches for work…all pre measured, band portions and best is i know what ingredients were used
excellent quality and a bit costly but we are worth it
always veggies and fruit…use your local farmers market, most are open year round

Choices are the key factor and this is a good line up. I would just look to lighten up the sucralose intake. Go for regular sugar crystal light and ice pops if you are going to have them, not a huge difference.
